In the Ensley neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama, a grim discovery was made on March 10, 2015. Jarvis Kawanz Bell, a 25-year-old Black male, was found deceased inside a Chevrolet Impala located on the 2700 block of Burrell Street, near Slayden Avenue. An investigation revealed that Bell had been fatally shot.

At the time of his death, Bell was slated to be a key witness in a 2012 murder trial against Jaymee Smith. Despite this, authorities have indicated that they do not believe his murd ...
