In the Ensley neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama, a grim discovery was made on March 10, 2015. Jarvis Kawanz Bell, a 25-year-old Black male, was found deceased inside a Chevrolet Impala located on the 2700 block of Burrell Street, near Slayden Avenue. An investigation revealed that Bell had been fatally shot.
