A man found shot to death in western Birmingham Tuesday morning has been identified.
Jarvis Kawanz Bell, 25, of the Forestdale area, was found inside a Chevrolet Impala in the 2700 block of Burrell Street around 6:04 a.m. Tuesday, according to Jefferson County Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates.
Bell was pronounced dead on the scene at 6:31 a.m., Yates said.
Police have not announced any arrests in the case.
