Death by Force

Willie Scott, a 44-year-old man, was fatally shot inside a business on Indianapolis' near west side on February 1, 2025. The incident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 10th Street. When officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Scott suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services transported him to a local hospital in critical condition, but he did not survive his injuries.
