In the late hours of a Saturday night in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, the life of 22-year-old Marquise Scott was tragically cut short. On January 18, 2025, police responded to a call of a shooting at the Creekwood Village Apartments, located just past Stillman College in the western part of the city. Inside one of the apartments, they discovered Scott, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a male.
