In the spring of 2021, a life was tragically cut short in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Jamarqus Howard, a 24-year-old male, was found deceased on the evening of Saturday, April 24th. The initial call to authorities was for a vehicle accident at the Branscomb Apartments on 60th Street, where first responders discovered an unresponsive driver.
