In the quiet city of Yazoo City, Mississippi, a burst of violence on January 25, 2026, cut short the life of 32-year-old Frank Moore. The incident, which also left a woman wounded, unfolded in the 300 block of Clay Avenue, north of the downtown area. When officers from the Yazoo City Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered Moore with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. He succumbed to his injuries at the location of the shooting.
