In the early morning hours of a Saturday in Yazoo City, Mississippi, Andrew Jackson II, a 28-year-old male, was driving his vehicle into the Yazoo Estates apartment complex when he was ambushed. As he entered the complex around 4 a.m., one or more individuals opened fire from behind an apartment building, unleashing a barrage of bullets at his car. Jackson was struck twice in the deadly assault.
