In the autumn of 1989, the city of Kansas City, Missouri, was gripped by a series of terrifying events that would leave a lasting scar on the community. Among the victims of this tragic period was Tresa Williams, a 21-year-old Black female whose life was cut short on October 22, 1989. Her body was discovered at 4136 Euclid Avenue, another victim in a string of brutal murders that had been plaguing the area.
