On February 18, 2024, 17-year-old Thaddeus Eugene Conway Jackson was fatally shot near the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio Police responded to reports of a shooting around 1:20 p.m. in the 3700 block of Binz Engleman Road. Upon arrival, officers found Jackson in the parking lot with gunshot wounds to his neck and jaw; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
