Scott Matthew Carter, a 40-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically murdered on March 11, 2022. He was shot and killed as he was getting into his car to go to work. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Storeywood Drive, where surveillance footage captured a black Ford F-150 crew cab truck dropping off a suspect who approached Carter and shot him. The suspect then fled the scene in the same truck.
