Jazmine Stiggers, aged 19, was fatally shot on August 23, 2008, while sitting on the front porch of a home in Kansas City, Missouri. The shooting took place at 2627 Bellefontaine, and it remains an unsolved case. Jazmine and another individual, Lamonte Curtis, were shot around 6:56 p.m. in what appeared to be a targeted attack.
