Jennifer Zimmerman-Portillo, age 30, was killed on November 10, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. She, along with Victor Portillo, 30, and Yesseria Ahumada, 25, was shot during a dispute involving a marijuana deal. According to court records, the shooting took place when Deaundre J. Brown attempted to purchase 20 pounds of marijuana.
