Stephonne Jones, 48, a female, Black/African American, was found fatally wounded on the night of August 30, 2025, after gunfire broke the quiet along East 52nd Street and Euclid Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. Officers responding around 10:15 p.m. discovered her unresponsive, and medical personnel pronounced her dead at the scene. Authorities later identified her as Stephonne M. Jones, 48, confirming the time and place as they began piecing together what happened in those final minutes.
