On November 27, 1986, the body of Debra Sue Blevins, a 32-year-old white female, was discovered in Kansas City, Missouri. Her nude body was found in bushes adjacent to a church, and she had been strangled. This tragic incident was part of a series of similar crimes that occurred in the area during that time.
