Brandy K. Castaneda, age 42, was tragically killed in Kansas City, Missouri, and her body was discovered on January 8, 2016. Castaneda had been reported missing by her family on December 5, 2015. Her body was later found inside a trash bag near 49th Street and Brooklyn Avenue. The medical examiner determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma.
