Lily Mack, 21, a Black / African American woman from Kansas City, Missouri, died on May 17, 2025. Police were dispatched around 5:40 p.m. to an apartment building near 40th Street and Troost Avenue, where they found a man unresponsive on the front porch and, after being led inside, discovered Lily Mack, 21, unresponsive within a residence.
