On November 23, 2016, Greican Jane Davidson, a 20-year-old from Blue Springs, Missouri, was found dead in Kansas City under circumstances that remain unsolved. Greican was in Kansas City while her family traveled for Thanksgiving, as she needed to stay behind due to work commitments. She was employed as a sales associate at Kids Foot Locker, and those who knew her described her as an exceptional artist who loved collecting Air Jordan shoes.
