On January 11, 1993, the body of Connie Lynne Luther, a 29-year-old White female, was discovered in Kansas City, Missouri. A motorist driving to work in the early morning hours spotted her remains in a snowdrift near the intersection of 25th Street and Allen Terrace. She was found nude, face down among leaves and trash, with a shoelace tied tightly around her neck, indicating she had been strangled.
