On June 9, 1987, the body of 20-year-old Kellie Ann Ford, a white female, was discovered at the foot of a bluff in Roanoke Park, Kansas City, Missouri. She was found nude except for a white sock on her right foot, with a towel tied around her neck and face. An autopsy revealed that the cause of death was strangulation.
