On January 12, 1991, a devastating gang-related shooting occurred in a Boston Chinatown gambling den, resulting in the execution-style murders of five men, including Cuong Khand Luu. This incident, known as the Boston Chinatown massacre or Tyler Street Massacre, was part of a broader conflict between Chinese and Vietnamese gangs vying for power in Boston's Chinatown.
