Stephen Laton Moore, a 34-year-old man from Chattanooga, TN, tragically lost his life on December 9, 2018. He was shot and killed early Sunday morning on East 5th Street. Chattanooga Police were dispatched to the scene at approximately 12:19 a.m. after receiving a report of a person shot in the 2500 block of East 5th Street. The victim was identified as Stephen Laton Moore, who was known to friends and family as "Booty".
