On a Sunday evening in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of Charles Kyle Jr., a 34-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. The incident occurred on August 14, 2022, at the Rosemont Apartments in the Glenwood area. Around 9:30 p.m., Chattanooga Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Glenwood Parkway following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Kyle suffering from life-threatening injuries.
