On December 24, 2019, Xavier Oliver, a 31-year-old man from Chattanooga, TN, was tragically shot and killed on Vinewood Drive. Officers arriving at the scene found Oliver lying in the road, dead from gunshot wounds. Despite a thorough investigation, police have not identified any suspects or motives behind Oliver's death.
