Teunte Lewis Rice, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2018, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Born on May 25, 2000, to Tiffany Hall and Terrance Rice, Teunte was known for his vibrant personality and passion for fashion, dancing, and cooking. He attended East Ridge High School, where he earned his high school diploma. Teunte was openly gay and proud, and he had a supportive circle of friends who accepted him for who he was.
