Tirrell D. Shropshire, a 35-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on April 12, 2017, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was found in the 1900 block of Rawlings Street, and the incident was reported to the Chattanooga Police Department at 2:26 a.m. Shropshire was identified as a validated gang member, which added complexity to the investigation.
