In the early hours of April 12, 2017, the life of 35-year-old Tirrell D. Shropshire was tragically cut short in Chattanooga, Tennessee. An African American man, Shropshire was discovered in the 1900 block of Rawlings Street after being shot. The Chattanooga Police Department received a report of the incident at 2:26 a.m. and responded to the scene.
