Frank Oliver Usher III, a 29-year-old male, tragically died on March 5, 2021, in Chattanooga, TN. He was shot and later succumbed to his injuries at Erlanger Hospital after being transported there with life-threatening wounds. The incident occurred in the 700 block of East 48th Street.
