Tawon Lebron Billups Jr., a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chattanooga, TN, tragically passed away on October 23, 2021. He was a 2019 graduate of Howard High School and is survived by his daughter, T’Arri Billups, and his parents. Tawon was involved in an altercation on Germantown Road, which led to him being shot by an unknown individual. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Hamilton County EMS.
