Timothy Harris, a 47-year-old man from Chattanooga, TN, was shot and killed early on the morning of November 1, 2015. The Chattanooga Police Department responded to a call at approximately 1:34 a.m. in the 1600 block of Olive Street, where they found Harris suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Harris succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
