In a quiet neighborhood in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of 47-year-old Timothy Harris was cut short on a Sunday morning in November 2015. A dispute on Olive Street escalated, tragically ending with Harris being shot and killed. Neighbors recalled hearing a commotion before the fatal shots were fired.
