On a cold winter afternoon in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of Charles Jones Jr. was tragically cut short. On February 1, 2014, the 23-year-old Black male was shot and killed near the intersection of 4100 Fagan Street. The incident occurred at approximately 3 p.m., shattering the quiet of the neighborhood and leaving a community in mourning.
