In the autumn of 2014, a life was tragically cut short in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Kenny Breylon Hall, a 24-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 22, 2014. The incident occurred around 1 o'clock near the Shepherd Hills Apartments on Tunnel Boulevard. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing several individuals fleeing the scene on foot, disappearing behind the apartment complex.
