George Dillard, a 24-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 31, 2016, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was killed alongside his partner, Lakita Hicks, 25, in their East Chattanooga home. The couple's 5-year-old son witnessed the horrific event and made a heartbreaking 911 call, explaining that "my daddy and my momma got shot". The child was not physically harmed during the incident.
