In the spring of 2017, the life of Antonio Jarquise Baldwin, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Chattanooga, Tennessee. On the evening of March 23, authorities responded to reports of a shooting and discovered Baldwin on the 3300 block of Pinewood Avenue, suffering from critical gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital for emergency medical attention, but despite the efforts of the surgical team, he succumbed to his injuries.
