Paul Brian Rector, a 38-year-old man from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically died on December 15, 2014. He was an avid outdoorsman and worked in construction for many years. Rector was shot and killed at a house on Stuart Street. The incident occurred late on December 14, 2014, and he was found lying on the floor at the foot of a bed, having been shot in the shoulder, back, and head.
