In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of Cornelius Douglas, a 27-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On April 24, 2016, at approximately 1:04 a.m., Douglas was shot and killed on Carousel Road. The incident left the community shaken and searching for answers.
