In the quiet of a Jeffersontown apartment on the evening of April 7, 2026, the life of 19-year-old Noraa Deglow, a White female, was tragically cut short. A student at Bellarmine University on a scholarship with aspirations of becoming a nurse, she was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, and friend, known for her beautiful smile and caring heart. She had graduated from Assumption High School in 2025 and was remembered for her contagious laugh and the joy she brought to those around her.
