Malik Blackstock, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on April 7, 2015, in Chattanooga, TN. The incident occurred on Windsor Street, where Malik was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound. He was later transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
