In the early morning hours of November 13, 2015, a tragic series of events unfolded in Chattanooga, Tennessee, leading to the death of 21-year-old Peyton James Hogan. A 2013 graduate of Red Bank High School who also attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College, Hogan was known for his skills as a truck mechanic and craftsman. More than his mechanical abilities, he was remembered for his generosity, loyalty, and deep love for his family and many friends.
