Randall Leslie, a 33-year-old African American male from Chattanooga, TN, was reported missing on May 28, 2020, after being last seen on May 27, 2020. His disappearance was immediately considered suspicious by the Chattanooga Police Department's Missing Persons Unit. The case was subsequently handed over to the Homicide Unit for further investigation due to the suspicious nature of his disappearance.
