Terrence Lebron Bivens, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of October 27, 2014, in Chattanooga, TN. The incident occurred around 4:10 a.m. on Central Avenue near 38th Street. Bivens was found dead in front of a residence at 3732 Central Avenue.
