In the quiet neighborhood of East Chattanooga, the life of 49-year-old Timothy Washington was tragically cut short on the evening of Sunday, June 27, 2021. Responding to a call, Chattanooga police officers arrived at a residence in the 2500 block of O'Neal Street to find a chaotic scene. Inside, Washington was discovered suffering from a gunshot wound.
