Jalen Little, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on March 12, 2017, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The incident occurred at his home on Oak Tree Drive, where he was shot multiple times. According to court records, Jacob Evan Coyne and Zachary Chadwick had given Jalen $960 for marijuana.
