In the late fall of 2020, a Chattanooga man's life was cut short in a violent encounter that would lead to a swift arrest. Timothy Taylor, a 38-year-old male, was fatally shot on November 30, 2020. The incident unfolded on South Willow Street, where Taylor had reportedly gone to collect money.
