Randall Scott Smith, a 26-year-old U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class, tragically lost his life on July 18, 2015, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Randall was originally from Paulding, Ohio, and was stationed at the Naval Operations Support Center in Chattanooga. He was a dedicated serviceman who had recently re-enlisted in the Navy after serving on the USS Wasp in Norfolk, Virginia.
