In the autumn of 2020, the life of 21-year-old Tyree Ray was cut short in a burst of violence on the streets of Chattanooga, Tennessee. On the evening of September 30th, police responded to a call in the vicinity of 900 Dodson Avenue. There, they discovered a 20-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound that was not considered life-threatening.
