Norman Sullivan, a 52-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on September 3, 2018, in Chattanooga, TN. The incident occurred at an apartment building on Vance Avenue. According to the medical examiner, Sullivan was shot at close range in the head and neck, with the fatal shot causing significant damage to his brain. The autopsy also revealed traces of cocaine, marijuana, oxycodone, and barbiturates in his system.
