On a warm Labor Day evening in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of 52-year-old Norman Sullivan was tragically cut short. On September 3, 2018, Sullivan was on Vance Avenue when he was struck by gunfire. The incident prompted an investigation by the Chattanooga Police Department, who soon began searching for those responsible for the fatal shooting.
