Cedric Kentrell "Blinky" Mikes, a 32-year-old African American man from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically died on June 25, 2014. He was employed at KFC on Highway 58 and was well-known and loved by his family and friends. Cedric is survived by his wife, Shawntia Mikes, and their children, as well as his mother, Linda Estes, and other family members.
