Floyd E. Preston, a 70-year-old African American man, passed away on November 24, 2019, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was a member of Alton Park Church of Christ and had retired from Parkridge Hospital and Superior Catering Company. Floyd attended Riverside High School and was well-regarded in his community.
