Monserrate Ferrer, a 16-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on February 5, 2016, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Ferrer was shot in the head at a home on Bennett Road in East Ridge, Tennessee, on the evening of February 4, 2016. The incident occurred when Ferrer and a 15-year-old friend found a gun on the side of the road.
