On the evening of December 19, 2025, authorities in Chattanooga, Tennessee, were called to a scene of violence in the 1100 block of Jackson Avenue. At approximately 7:00 p.m., officers from the Chattanooga Police Department responded to reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they located the victim, an 18-year-old male identified as Wallace Milam, who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
