In the quiet town of Laplace, Louisiana, the life of 36-year-old Reginald Dropthmore, a male resident, was tragically cut short on the evening of Monday, September 26, 2016. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 7:45 p.m., deputies from the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff's Office arrived at a residence in the 100 block of West 3rd Street to a grim discovery.
