Tory Horton, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2016, in LaPlace, Louisiana. The incident occurred at approximately 3:43 pm at the LaPlace Discount convenience store located at the corner of West Airline Highway and Cambridge Drive.
